Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge and understanding of test driven and behavior driven application development.
- Experience with .Net Framework 4.7 or higher
- Experience with .Net CORE 6 or higher
- Experience with C# 4.0 or highers
- Ability to design, develop, and implement large scale/complex software applications.
- Knowledge and understanding of design and development of modern ETL technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with Kafka
- Knowledge of Microservices
- Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle or comparable tool stack to manage CICD.
- Experience in developing complex database SQL queries, Stored Procedures, functions, triggers etc.
- Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (TAS)
- Experience with Grafana, Splunk, DNS configurations
- Experience on Linux/Unix scripting, NodeJS, Node Package Manager, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience on AVI/F5 load balancer
- Experience on Agile Principles and lifecycle management
- Experience working with Vulnerability management.
- Experience working with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Harness
- Experience working with .NET Framework, .NET, Java, Ruby, and Go
- Experience working with Database technologies
- Experience in designing and engineering cloud native solutions
- Experience on public cloud (Azure and GCP)
- Experience with secure DevOps and deployment automation to cloud environments
- Experience working with cloud security management or governance tools
Job Expectations:
- Design & Implement Applications with the technical stack of C #.NET, .NET Core, HTML, Java Script, jQuery, LINQ, Microsoft PowerShell and SQL Server, NUNIT, SQL, AJAX (Programming), AngularJS, ASQL, DevOps, PI Development, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), DDD, TDD, Bootstrap, CI/CD
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

- Automated unit and functional testing coding. C# Selenium and nUnit experience
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- Researching, designing, and developing complex components for Ab Initio applications with quality coding
- Interacting with analysts and end users for information requirements
- Should be able to independently execute development stories without dependency and guide peers as and when required.
- Should be a good team player with strong verbal & oral communication skills. Good Learning Attitude is expected.
- Implement & Design Database Procedures/ Tables / Functions etc. in SQL Server and Oracle.
- Good troubleshooting & debugging skills and willing to support & resolve Production issues as and when necessary.
- Work with Lead Engineers to review the code and follow all SDLC Processes which are required to move any code changes to Production.
- Good Experience in Writing/Maintaining Unit Test Cases and Process Oriented Tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Preferred to have Banking Domain Experience.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
