We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive the transformation of our Access Administration engineering function, the largest and most critical component of our IAM portfolio, spanning 30+ products.
In this role, you’ll spearhead a strategic evolution: guiding the team from day-to-day operations toward a future-focused, innovation-driven model. You’ll shape the roadmap, elevate engineering practices, and ensure seamless support for existing systems while building the foundation for what’s next.

In this role, you will:
- Manage a global team of engineering managers and engineering leads
- Focus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic priorities
- Build support for strategies with business and technology leaders
- Guide development of actionable roadmaps and plans
- Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practices
- Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third-party providers
- Identify financial management and strategic resourcing
- Set risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Develop strategies for hiring engineering talent
- Lead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovation
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
- 8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of Identity Governance and Administration experience
- 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and expertise with Identity Governance Toolsets such as IBM Tivoli, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager
- Direct experience in leading the implementation of one or more of the above tools is desired, and or experience in migrating from one to the other
- Deep IAM and IGA domain expertise and strong engineering background with a track record of leading all stages of software development, deployment, and production support
- 4+ years leading an access administration team providing strategy and technical expertise to both the team and the larger parent organization
- Excellent knowledge of access requests, approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification
- Experience supporting cloud transformation and working with SaaS solutions, especially those involving Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Technical engineering leader comfortable with system design and demonstrable track record of building highly reliable, scalable, and performant systems for complex use cases
- Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools and solutions
- Experience with ETL tools and data transformation
- Excellent knowledge of databases both operational and data warehouse.
- Expert at designing clean data models and managing data for high performance and scalability
- Experience with IGA connectors, reconciliation and application onboarding
- Excellent technical leader that can build and grow world class engineering teams
- Experience with Privileged Access Management
