About this role:

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Diverse Segments Representation and Inclusion, Legal, and Public Affairs business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Workplace Technology. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

EFT is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Senior Consultant to work within the EFT Business Operations Office to support strategy and special projects across EFT and its partners.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in and support the Head of EFT Business Management and the Head of EFT Strategy and Special Projects in the design and implementation of moderate to complex special projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities in Technology Business Services.
  • Review and analyze performance data, and coordinate the implementation of process and procedure improvements related to low to medium complexity deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations using data and documentation.
  • Exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, including both internal and external customers.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
