The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.

About the Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Digital Transformation Senior Lead to join the Digital Client Lifecycle Management (DCLM) team within Commercial Bank (CB) and Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Digital, part of the broader Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) organization. • Cross-Functional Program Mobilization: Lead or support the mobilization of cross-functional workstreams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines. Help remove blockers and maintain momentum on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Executive Communications: Develop high-quality, audience-specific materials for senior leadership forums including CB CIB Digital Steering Committees and Business Unit Reviews. Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable messages.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with CB CIB Digital Leadership and their delegates. Ensure their perspectives are reflected in strategic initiatives and communications.

  • Value Proposition Articulation: Partner with Readiness & Enablement and Digital Product teams to articulate the cumulative value of digital solutions in a compelling and measurable way.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with Finance and Data & Analytics teams to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and demonstrate impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in strategy and business operations roles in major fintech firms or top-tier banks
