In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing modern UI architecture and best practices
  • Proficient in identifying business requirements and translating them into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions
  • Strong working experience with React, including advanced UI patterns such as Higher-Order Components, Render Props, Compound Components, and Context API
  • Solid experience with TypeScript for building robust, type-safe React applications
  • Deep understanding of CSS, SCSS, and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., styled-components, Emotion) for responsive and adaptive design
  • Experience with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design) and implementing custom reusable components
  • Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API)
  • Hands-on experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, including designing, developing, and integrating independent frontend modules
  • Good working knowledge of RESTful API integration and handling JSON data in the UI
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and continuous integration environments
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and collaborate with business partners and users
  • Experience working in agile development environments and using DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Sentry, New Relic) and performance profiling
  • Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (OCP or equivalent)
  • Nice to have hands-on experience with .NET Core and WebAPI .NET Core or Java Spring Boot
