International Chief Risk Office - Strategy, Planning & Governance - Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist

About this role:
This role will support the International Chief Risk Officer (ICRO) and the senior members of the International CRO Office in the areas where highly analytical and organizational skills are required and will have broad exposure to various risk types including Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk. This position will provide hands on experience in the areas of Model Risk and Strategic Risk and this role has an excellent growth opportunity.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for supporting and executing a variety of risk programs, services, initiatives, and projects, accessing and collating and analyzing data, and/or creating risk reports through collaboration with risk type SMEs.
- Participates in process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives.
- Tracks performance of programs, services and initiatives.
- Assist in the management and coordination of risk committees and forums, consolidating risk input.
- Analyze risk data and metrics to support identifying patterns and trends
- Manage the SharePoint site or other enterprise tools/sites for the risk group to ensure sound organization of data and facilitate collaboration
- Collect and consolidate data for periodic quarterly risk reporting.
- Perform risk type specific activities focused on Model Risk, Strategic Risk and Reputation Risk
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Risk Management experience (includes Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business or Finance related field. Advanced degrees is a plus
- Work experience in Risk Management (Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Credit Risk, Market Risk) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Strong Microsoft office skills and other advanced tools/apps if relevant
- Proven performer with ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Detail orientated, organized, creative and with an analytical mind-set
- Ability to write, organize, and present information in a clear and understandable format to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of time-sensitive tasks / meet deadlines
