About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant, for the Notary, Affiant, and Signature Administration (NASA), Medallion, Cease and Desist, LEI and LMRDA teams. This exciting opportunity will support the operations of ensuring Wells Fargo meets requirements for this suite of applications. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in production validation, UAT testing and regression testing. Collaborating with partners to ensure business and control procedures are accurate. Participating in audit reviews including RCSA, IT&V as well as EBCE.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- Partner with the scrum and Product Owner updating JIRA, facilitating meetings, and sprint planning
- Participate in production validation releases
- UAT and regression scripting and execution
- Participate in audit reviews including RCSA, IT&V and EBCE
- Business and Control procedure updates
- Report on monthly metrics
- Application and or system resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Background supporting Shared Services Operations
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression testing background
- Test script and execution background
- Previous audit review experience including Risk and Control Self-Assessment RCSA, Independent Testing and Validation IT&V and Evidence-Based Control Evaluation EBCE (spell out acronyms)
- Experience in product or process management in a highly regulated environment
- Knowledge or experience with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) or issue management process
- Experience with developing business updates and metrics for senior leaders using Power BI
- (other preferred systems or tools experience)
- Agile background
- Strong understanding of product ownership withing a scrum
- Experience with mid to large-scale process definition and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leaders
- Knowledge and experience of performance management functions and programs to help drive satisfaction and high performance
- Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate with business partners, peers and senior management
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven and performance-oriented; possess a strong work ethic
