About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Enterprise License and Registration team. This exciting opportunity will support the operations of ensuring Wells Fargo meets Loan Originator Qualification and SAFE certification requirements. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in leading an operations team that is aligned toward a common objective of delivering a sustainable model that streamlines operations while enhancing employee experience with a sound risk and control environment.


In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of initiatives focusing on the Enterprise License and Registration team.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Background supporting Shared Services Operations
  • Experience in product or process management in a highly regulated environment
  • Knowledge of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Remediation processes
  • Ensure policies and controls are incorporated in business-as-usual processes.
  • Previous experience supporting the Loan Originator Qualification(LOQ) and Secure and Fair enforcement SAFE Applications
  • Previous executive reporting experience including the creation of PowerPoint decks and metrics
  • Ensure policies and controls are incorporated in business-as-usual processes.
  • Provide suggestions for operational process improvements and improvements to the escalation tracking system and process.
  • Develop and monitor reporting as needed
  • Agile experience
  • Testing and test script writing background
  • Strong understanding of product management and product ownership
  • Experience with mid to large-scale process definition and documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior leaders
  • Experience using Veritas, JIRA and Excel preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of performance management functions and programs to help drive satisfaction and high performance
  • Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with business partners, peers and senior management
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven and performance-oriented; possess a strong work ethic
