Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Senior Change Implementation Consultant (Team Lead) on the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team.


In this role, you will:

  • Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business; this includes coaching team members to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships and help customers succeed financially

  • Resolve tactical issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the business

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for initiatives, strategy, and sustainability of change

  • Act as a Change Advocate, work with leadership to ensure the team manages change effectively

  • Participate in strategic initiatives to improve the business

  • Utilize data resources to manage to key targets

  • Engage and consult with sales partners

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management Implementation products, processes, systems and tools

  • Ability to lead and manage change effectively

  • Provide training and coaching of less experienced team members

  • Lead team to achieve objectives

  • Experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise

  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

  • Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is hybrid model. Must be willing to work out of Dallas, TX, Chandler, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT, Minneapolis, MN approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
