Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in Chicago, IL.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Perform reporting functions using SAS or Tableau as well as create code to automate the financial calculations for numerous accounts. Write documentation, query data, and provide final data populations that support specific customer remediation focusing on the auto lending function. Provide data to support remediation for harmed customers from the auto lending portfolio. Work closely with the auto lending subject matter experts, remediation leads, data quality experts, and other team members to design the future data environment, define data governance and oversight, and partner with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. Prove next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies to help meet the company's commitment to satisfy customers' financial needs. Locate customer harm and ensuring that all customers are remediated accurately. Evaluate remediation data to identify the effected population and calculating harm. Research data gaps in data warehouse and gathering data by following up with multiple business sources. Work on the initial sizing estimation efforts relating to remediation. Create process documentation. Manage customer remediation that are directly related to issues under regulatory oversight by various regulatory agencies. Collaborate with business partners to review data requests, consult on potential solutions, and support data needs. 20% domestic travel required. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in reporting, analytics, or modeling.
Specific skills required:
- 5 years of experience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools;
- 5 years of experience analyzing business requirements and transforming those requirements into business rules;
- 5 years of data warehouse experience;
- 5 years of data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality;
- 4 years of finance experience; and
- 4 years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience.
Salary: $138,715 - $217,200
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
