About this role:

Be part of the exciting transformational journey of the Commercial Banking Operations organization. Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Commercial Banking Operations.

This role will assist the leader of the Business Management Operations team with support in Commercial Banking Operations on the following:

  • Assisting in compiling and reviewing Workforce Management key metrics across Commercial Banking Operation groups
  • Help achieve goals for organization ensuring they fit into the wider Commercial Banking Operations strategy
  • Participate in Employee Engagement activities and recognition. Assist with the site leader program across CB Operations.
  • Learning strategy development and deployment
  • Coordinate decks and materials required by Senior leadership leveraging staff in India for support
  • Coordinate any requests from enterprise support teams
  • Manage MTL and Displacement process across Commercial Banking Operations with a Risk mindset
  • Assist with Risk concentration limits and reviews across Commercial Banking Operations
  • Assist with financial oversight across Commercial Banking Operations

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$96,600.00 - $188,900.00
