In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team engaged in the review and monitoring of accounts, collections, late charges and resolving customer disputes

  • Participate in determining volume and profit goals with significant organizational impact and identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action and conduct investigative steps to fully identify the issues within defined scope of responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

  • Consult regarding difficult and complex transactions, and determine appropriate course of action

  • Oversee team, operations and compliance to implement strategies for the business area

  • Present recommendations to meet business objectives

  • Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of transaction quality or deficiencies, risks, and investigative steps to recommend solutions

  • Monitor of bankruptcy proceedings and assist in litigation proceedings

  • Collaborate with first line managers and team regarding inquiries

  • Interact directly with internal and external customers

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Commercial Collections

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 1+ years of Leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Commercial collections experience

  • Knowledge and experience working with InfoLease and Artiva

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Solid negotiation skills

  • Ability to coach, mentor and train a team

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location in Irving Texas
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
