About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager that will lead a team responsible for helping the Information Management organization coordinate, evidence, and track activities associated with daily RCSA initiatives. This manager position will lead 12-13 direct reports performing multiple functions in Information Management Utility’s Governance, Risk Management & Quality space including: In-line Quality Control, Control Evidence Quality Reviews, Risk Management, & Procedures.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of Risk Control Self Assessment RCSA
- Knowledge and understanding on Control Programs including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), executing the RCSA (risk identification, risk assessment - inherent/residual, and control design and Issue Management.
- Experience assessing processes, procedures and identifying controls. Comprehensive understanding of operational risk management in the financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Quality Control/Assurance
- Experience with Quality Control processes
- Experience in Quality Assurance, internal testing or audit functions, or third-party reviews.
- Advanced understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience managing Quality Control or Quality Assurance team
- Familiar with Quality Testing Tool (QTT) and SPARQ Program
- Experience with leading a team and communicating with LOB leaders
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work from one of the approved job posting locations three (3) days in office & two (2) days remote.
