About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant that will report to the Sponsorships & Brand Engagement Marketing Director. This individual will be responsible for managing the hospitality and entertainment assets associated with portfolio of national sponsorships that support line of business partners. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to evaluate the existing hospitality and entertainment portfolio, execute world class events and experiences, and uncover new opportunities for investment. This role will collaborate with the entire sponsorship organization daily to drive relationships with key organizations/stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement a hospitality and experiential event strategy that aligns with the organizations over goals for deepening and enhancing existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new customers.
- Participate in sponsorship strategy workstream and evaluate and recommend hospitality assets in existing and new sponsorships
- Establish and implement consistent hospitality planning processes, identify opportunities and create unique customer experiences across sponsorship properties
- Oversee the execution of hospitality assets and deliverables across the entire sponsorship portfolio ensuring we maximize all available assets.
- Coordinate and manage events and hospitality initiatives related to sponsorships.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of all sponsorship tickets including allocation strategy, inventory management, approvals and fulfillment.
- Manage hospitality budgets and expense processing ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Maintain strong relationships with Senior Leadership, Line of Business Partners, Sponsorship Managers, Meetings & Events team, and agency partners and existing sponsorship entities to address any issues, questions, concerns, and to seek opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze event performance, providing reports to senior leadership and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage all hospitality and entertainment controls associated with the Sponsorship Teams RAU.
- Responsible for governance of all sponsorship related events ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are followed.
- Collaborate the brand team to ensure the event communications effectively promote the event and increase brand visibility.
- Oversee a team of contractual workers to assist in the implementation of the Hospitality strategy and event execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in planning of hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing and / or sponsorship events.
- Experience in concepting and producing high budget “money can’t buy” experiences and events.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, communicate effectively at the Senior Leader level, and build relationships with team leaders and sponsorship vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identity and resolve issues related to sponsorship/hospitality agreements and event planning and execution.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance and identify trends.
- Experience with venue operations, event management and hospitality trends
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Must be based in the above location or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00Benefits
