We are seeking an innovative leader to help guide the Mobile App Platform & Operations team within Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI). Activities will focus on developing digital strategy, managing operations, and measuring outcomes of these initiatives. Engage with teams across the organization (operational readiness, product, legal, risk, compliance, technology, corporate strategy, etc.) to help solve complex business problems. Maintain an understanding and proficiency of all relevant risk and control programs to ensure that the organization is making the best changes for our customers and company. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of digital professionals with focus on supporting the development and execution of digital strategy
  • Create roadmap opportunities and adoption strategies for mobile app programs and initiatives with large scale impact
  • Lead the team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables like content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management
  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership
  • Manage allocation of people to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic & operational objectives


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Previously led adoption & engagement of digital mobile channels

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience of industry experience driving strategic change, with strong digital leadership
  • 4+ years of management or matrixed leadership in a digital, financial services or technology environment
  • Proven and demonstrated leadership & executive presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc. in a straightforward and understandable manner
  • Ability to energize and motivate others; thrives in teams; highly inclusive and collaborative with proven ability to lead through influence vs. authority
  • Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from other parts of the organization to collaborate, initiate action planning, manage change, as well as make high impact decisions that advance the progress of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Data Science, Marketing, Business); advanced degree preferred
