About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in Conduct Analytics and Reporting’s (CAR) Operational Services team. This is a great opportunity for an advanced Power Platform and SharePoint developer to join a strong team and play a pivotal role in supporting the group’s current SharePoint and Power Platform tools, as well as build out new automated capabilities, tools, and solutions. While the role will primarily support the SharePoint function across the larger Conduct Management group, there will be opportunity to provide support for the department’s internal, operational needs, such as automation of manual processes, controls, and monitoring routines. In this role, you will:

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Specifically, the individual in this role needs to be proficient creating tools in the Microsoft Power Platform using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model Driven frameworks).
  • A successful candidate will be able to lead projects end-to-end, which involves: organizing meetings, creating visualizations such as process maps and roadmaps, rapid development of proof of concepts, socializing solutions with stakeholders, tracking and monitoring project progress in Jira tools, continually identifying opportunities and gaps, effectively communicating progress to business leaders, and driving for implementation of solutions with a sense of urgency.
  • Depending on the candidate’s skills and experience, there may be opportunities to support the infrastructure and automation needs of other operational tools and services in the department, such as Jira (Service Desk, Agile/Enterprise Jira, Confluence), SAS/Unix automation, and other automated monitoring routines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years hands-on experience creating tools in the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven frameworks).
  • 2+ years’ experience with JSON & powerFX (Power Apps language)


Desired Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
  • SharePoint Hub Manager Experience
  • Experience leading technical projects end-to-end
  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks within aggressive time frames, including the ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for outcomes with a sense of urgency
  • Power Automate Experience or Automation experience

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is posted in West Des Moines, IA; Charlotte, NC; and Mpls, MN

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
