About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant that will play a pivotal role in supporting Critical and Provisional Reporting (CPR) team for high-priority clients. This position demands a high-paced, production-oriented approach to data delivery, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely insights to drive their discovery. You will thrive if you enjoy fast paced, rapid delivery, and a production-oriented delivery model. You will manage multiple requests across a number of Human Resource (HR) disciplines. As the product model matures, your delivery and skills will grow with it. Key partnerships with data products, HR Technology, and your clients will refine your brand and service offering.
In this role, you will:
- Work across multiple efforts in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and competing priorities.
- Critical and Provisional Reporting: Execute existing reports to supply the required data that meets the specific needs of high-priority clients, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
- Data Delivery: Manage the end-to-end process of data collection, analysis, and delivery, adhering to tight deadlines and high standards of quality.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide actionable insights, and support their decision-making processes.
- Production Orientation: Maintain a focus on efficiency and productivity, continuously improving processes to enhance data delivery speed and reliability.
- High-Priority Clients: Work with top-tier clients, providing them with custom data for their use cases
- Promote Product Model: Influence client to adapt to evolving product catalog, including gathering their feedback for where the products can be improved.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience leveraging a statistical programming language (e.g., SQL, R [Posit], Python) to conduct analyses.
- 4+ years of experience with advanced Excel skills
- 4+ years of experience extracting data from Workday and or PeopleSoft
- Experience validating data sets
- Experience a plus in both influencing and leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) products and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) for analysis, insight generation and consulting engagements.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Must be based in the above location or willing to relocate at your own expense.
