About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Regulatory Reporting Manager with SME knowledge and experience of Counterparty specific reports specifically the FFIEC009, FR2510 and SCCL / FR2590.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Corporate Accounting Policy, Business Controllers, Regulatory Interpretations and Transformation Team to ensure that consistent adherence to regulatory rules including assessment of scheduled changes, and impact of strategic implementation of Axiom

  • Manage projects to support the reporting teams in meeting the fast change and heightened expectation of regulatory reporting requirements. This includes managing deliverables for key strategic Enterprise Finance projects such as Axiom and PowerBI

  • Lead change management effectively communicating regulatory reporting changes to all stakeholders to ensure appropriate implementation of new or revised regulatory reporting requirements

  • Ensure the compliance with requirements under the Company’s Regulatory Reporting Governance & Oversight Framework including desktop procedures, work papers, and EUCT controls for the assigned regulatory reports; provide guidance and support to the department in completion of all required deliverables

  • Provide leadership by assessing impact of reporting deficiencies; communicate and facilitate the discussion with line of business reporting team for resolution; track and document the resolution implementation cycle from report owner perspectives. Follow the established amendments framework as required

  • Set standards for Risk Management and related RCSA framework

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated SME knowledge of Regulatory Counterparty specific reports (FFIEC009, FR2510, SCCL / FR25900 and related Regulatory environment.

  • Experience leading, retaining and developing talent and ability to manage both on and offshore remote teams.

  • CPA preferred

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis

  • Strong Management skills including organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

  • Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations

Job Expectations:

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
