About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Sourcing Coordinator.


In this role, you will:

  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
  • Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Sourcing
  • Perform complex contract negotiations and supplier relationships of high risk or complexity with significant impact to the business strategy
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Interact with executive management, vendors, and third party lessors or manufacturers on negotiation, savings, service improvements and problem resolution
  • Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Degree

  • Work on low complex negotiations.
