About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the day-to-day management activities for a full suite of Market Linked Investments to our brokerage clients. Market Linked Investments currently include Market Linked CDs, Market Linked Notes, and Market Linked Securities, which can serve as investment solutions across multiple asset classes for our mass, affluent and high net worth clients.


In this role, you will:

  • Working with Wells Fargo Securities (WFS) product underwriters on product initiatives and calendar selection process
  • Supporting and maintaining sales force product knowledge, assisting with trading systems, and resolution management
  • Compiling and managing sales data for channel specific and firm wide sales reporting in addition to customized reports for senior management
  • Developing and/or enhancing risk management tools consistent with firm principles and policies
  • Collaborating with WFS partners, Business Development Group, and members of Compliance Dept. on educational and marketing initiatives
  • Assisting with training protocols and channel communications regarding educational initiatives
  • Ensuring policies and procedures adhere to compliance and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience, Brokerage industry experience is ideal.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Market Linked Investments or Structured Products
  • FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • FINRA registration including Series 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities
  • Knowledge of complex products
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work with internal partners to achieve results
  • Experience working in a team environment


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
