About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales and Trading Products Senior Manager - Executive Director to oversee our Product Management team. The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of Product Owners covering Equities Cash and Derivatives
- Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals and performance indicators.
- Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product area vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.
- Facilitate frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Actively own the prioritization of a clearly understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and goals.
- Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas.
- Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication with product leadership and product area team members.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 6+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading businesses. Understand the regulatory requirements for OTC Equity trading including Structured products (Equity focused). Understand the Cash trading business.
- 10+ years of industry related experience
- Prior experience in product development or change management capacity as a lead or influencer
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence & Jira
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint) and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, engineering, math, economics, finance, or related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own a portfolio of products and product areas during all stages of the product life cycle.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$173,300.00 - $359,900.00Benefits
