About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in the Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) group in the Shared Services Operations (SSO) under the Chief Operations Office (COO).

This Business Execution Associate role will be responsible for vendor payments and partner expense recovery entries for the business unit. Position will assist with commercial and residential valuation methodologies ensuring impacts and benefits are understood and optimized with successful outcomes ensured and milestones met. This position will work closely with REVS residential and commercial operational, valuation, and oversight teams to ensure overall cost and operational efficiencies are understood, achieved and maintained. This position will also serve as the primary liaison to internal REVS operational partners, internal line of business partners, and external valuation providers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and soundness of the residential vendor payment and partner allocation processes including monitoring the effectiveness of the RCSA related backend payment controls. The associate also resolves residential AMC payment inquiries and serves as the primary residential vendor payment liaison to Wells Fargo Accounts Payable. Responsibilities will include identification and assessment of upfront root cause payment related issues and collaboration with operational partners on solutioning.


In this role, you will:

  • Prepare, evaluate, and analyze vendor payment processes, methodologies, and practices,

  • Serve as the liaison to valuation providers and REVS Operational Teams to resolve valuation provider inquiries and ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and soundness of the residential and/or commercial vendor payment and partner allocation processes including monitoring the effectiveness of the RCSA related backend payment controls.
  • Assist REVS and line of business partners with data analysis, ad hoc requests, reporting, and research requests as they relate to REVS processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with process improvements ensuring sound financial controls and processes.
  • Partner and collaborate effectively with REVS partners to build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to understand our partners’ business challenges and opportunities as background to developing and ultimately executing REVS strategies and recommendations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education



Desired Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookup)
  • Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Experience with CMS and C360 systems or other platform appraisal ordering systems.
  • Experience with eagleWeb or similar financial systems.
  • Experience with IRIS or similar financial systems.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
