About This Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant This role is a critical component of the Conduct Initiatives team, responsible for driving enterprise-wide change management efforts and supporting high-impact, sensitive initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to project managers, senior leadership, operational subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders. This position plays a dual role—supporting broad change initiatives and leading urgent, confidential, and high-priority efforts.

In this role you will:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a focus on strategic design, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on root cause analysis and stakeholder input.

  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and materials to support decision-making and initiative alignment.

  • Facilitate the intake and synthesis of diverse perspectives, including legal, compliance, frontline, ER, technology, analytics, and reporting.

  • Drive initiative planning from opportunity identification through to strategic recommendation, handing off to implementation teams as appropriate.

  • Ensure all proposed changes are assessed for policy, control, and operational impacts.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency across initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic initiative design and change management.

  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and impact assessment.

  • Proven ability to lead initiatives in high-stakes, sensitive environments.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing across a matrixed leadership structure.

  • Ability to partner across multiple Lines of Business

  • Strong PowerPoint skills; MS Project experience is a plus.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
