This role will lead the evolution of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, enabling secure and seamless access experiences, and fostering Agile maturity across teams.

As the IAM Product Owner Agile Coach, you will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, guiding the development of innovative digital solutions that balance security, usability, and scalability. You’ll collaborate across business and technology teams to shape the future of how our organization manages digital identities and access rights.


In this role, you will:

  • Foster maturation of Agile behaviors and delivery concepts across all levels of staff, and coach leaders to consider readiness, complexity, pragmatic strategies, and the structure required to support software and enable transformation success
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to translate Agile and product theory into practical and tangible actions which upskill people, and help evolve how teams work together
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership; provide vision, direction and mentoring for peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and others, to aid growth and improvement
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, etc and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years IAM experience
  • Proven ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussions
  • Foundational understanding of IAM tools and processes
  • Significant experience leading controls operations at a large financial services institution
  • Ability to develop technology strategy, operating models, and roadmaps with clear objectives
  • Experience with issue management, risk assessments and risk management reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities.
  • A desire for creating highly functioning processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management/senior leaders.
  • Strong skills in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with Agile metrics and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Experience coaching Agile teams and driving Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent.
  • Agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, or similar).
  • Fluency in Financial Services and Technology
  • Understanding of Product-led approach, Agile methodology and routines, Strategic Planning, and financial product areas

  • Ability to work at one of approved locations in the job posting.
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
