About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager. This position will be working with the Product Management team within the Financial Crimes Operations organization. Product Management required to identify strategic opportunities for improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement solutions that adhere to enterprise data governance policies and standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all initiatives. The Product Management Senior Manager will report to an Operation Director.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
- Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
- Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
- Interact directly with vendors
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience and Strong executive leadership presence.
- Proven experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Strong understanding of testing tools, technologies, and frameworks, including automation tools, Agile and Scrum.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term testing strategies that align with the company's goals

- Establish processes for identifying, documenting, tracking, and resolving defects, ensuring timely resolution and product quality.
- Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans, including functional, performance, security, and regression testing.
- Manage and mentor, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and talent development. Mentor team of product testers, test engineers and implement strategies to build capabilities that support current and future business needs.
- Lead the product team in making high-impact decisions to resolve complex challenges of operations team.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, design, and other teams to integrate testing into the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, technologies, and methodologies, and integrating them into the testing process.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and testing efficiency.
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Identify strategic opportunities for improving testing processes, methodologies, and tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement solutions that adhere to enterprise data governance policies and standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with professionals at all levels, including senior leadership, business stakeholders, risk partners, and technical teams. Influence decision-making and ensure alignment with Enterprise Data Management, Operations goals, and Technology strategies.
