About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Strategy and Execution team for Small & Business Banking. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will lead the execution of smaller-scale initiatives and support the execution of larger, more complex programs. You will own key deliverables, collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with initiatives that align execution with strategic objectives.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead Execution: Independently manage and execute assigned initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Support Larger Initiatives: Partner with initiative leads to support the execution of complex, cross-functional projects, contributing to planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Deliverable Ownership: Take full ownership of key project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely completion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment, remove roadblocks, and drive progress.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with initiative leads to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable execution plans.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor initiative performance against goals and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
