About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to support initiatives in Growth Marketing, Tagging, and MarTech Management.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement complex, highly visible Growth Marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital and mail channels
  • Help coordinate tagging implementation on a robust test and learn agenda with a focus on creative optimizations to improve CX and conversion
  • Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Campaign Managers, and Senior Leadership to understand prioritization of initiatives.
  • Lead refinement sessions with a cross-functional team to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes.
  • Produce business requirement artifacts – including tagging workbooks and validation.
  • Manage Campaign Implementation MarTech roadmap and capabilities advancement including managing Third Party web hosting vendor relationship.
  • Responsible for documenting tagging and working with Marketing Analytics, Test Design, and internal teams to coordinate and validate tagging implementation.
  • Drive all privacy/GCQ and other digital controls as needed.
  • Ensuring creative elements are thoroughly tested for best practices, accuracy, proper functionality, and required tracking


Required Qualifications, US:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of consultative product management or related technical experience, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward.
  • 2+ years supporting paid media marketing analyst using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • 3+ years in tag implementation processes and deployment using tools such as Adobe Tag, Google Tag Manager or Tealium IQ
  • 2+ years in tag data quality management and improvement using tools including or similar to QA2L.
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Understanding of digital channels, including paid search, websites, and email
  • Experience leading effective collaboration across a team of project managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including external vendors
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
