Sr Construction Manager

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Construction Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of projects through all phases of construction, remodeling and reconfiguration of company facilities
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
- Review and research moderately complex construction projects that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Resolve and develop construction project budgets and schedules and negotiates and awards related contracts to architects, engineers and general contractors
- Lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Construction Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor Of Architecture / Civil Eng
Job Expectations:
- Should be able to handle projects independently
