About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Associate to join Supply Chain Management’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - Corporate Travel Management Team.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) falls under the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and Chief Operating Office (COO) respectively within Wells Fargo. The Supply Chain global team specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay capabilities, timely supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk. Supply Chain also connects with our communities through supplier diversity outreach and by embedding socially responsible strategies into our sourcing processes.

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) manages the company-wide P2P program to ensure the appropriate controls are established with suppliers and that the goods and services meet Wells Fargo’s standards of quality, service, and availability, while minimizing transactional risk.

Corporate Travel Management is part of the P2P function. The Team manages the company’s corporate travel program and is responsible for the policies and guidelines documentation. It supports and coordinates the Travel arrangements (Domestic and International travel) for the Wells Fargo Team members.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Travel profile.
  • Good knowledge in Domestic, International ticket bookings and Visa process
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Email management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to initiate action, adapt to change, and quickly learn.
  • Good communication skills and excellent email etiquettes
  • Ability to manage conversation with senior leadership and anticipate and proactively respond to potential queries
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships.


Job Expectations:

  • Looking after Domestic and International travel arrangements for employees with air, hotel, and ground transportation vendors.
  • Make professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements with Travel vendor.
  • Ensure compliance with company's procedures for documentation, ticket, and hotel bookings.
  • Ensure all bookings & reservations are processed accurately.
  • Responding to all phone enquiries promptly, courteously and in a friendly manner.
  • Monitoring the mails and responding to queries raised.
  • Advising on and organizing visas & passports.
