About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant who will be a key member of the COO Technology Business Management Office (BMO), supporting the delivery of centralized, scalable, and transparent business services to the COO Technology leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication, planning, and execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role:
The Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant will play a key role on the COO Technology Business Management team delivering efficient, on-demand shared services and business management functions. Primary focus will be on the following areas:
Business Services
- Draft and edit executive communications aligned with brand standards.
- Design PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for senior leadership.
- Manage organizational chart production routines
- Write content for executive use, including talking points and initiative updates.
- Manage Outlook distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and Teams channels.
- Manage internal portal content and updates.
- Plan and execute leadership events such as Town Halls, Manager Forums, and offsites.
- Maintain the Group Master Calendar of key events and deliverables.
- Facilitate periodic business review process.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- 7+ years creating executive level communication (email, PowerPoint, content creation etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
- Expert level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong experience in diversified business management functions
- Excel expertise including pivot tables
- Technology background
- Demonstrated ability to execute with speed, precision, and good judgement in highly matrixed environments with evolving requirements and tight deadlines
- Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing credibility and influence with senior leaders
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive information

$139,000-$217,000 (TX and NC)
$167,000-$260,000 (NJ ONLY)
Normal hybrid in-office expectations (3 days in office per week)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
