Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the relationship support function for a large regional banking office or multiple offices
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience including onboarding and extensive problem-solving
- Participate in the identification and maximization of growth opportunities and on-site calls with Relationship Managers
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Oversee customer operations which may include initiation and accuracy of loan documentation
- Oversee a compliance monitoring program and evaluate the results, ensuring achievement of a satisfactory rating on all audits, working with business management to resolve issues, and address deficiencies
- Complete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet objectives
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures to effectively interact and negotiate with management, teams, and customers
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Relationship Support
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Leads client service teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, with demonstrated success in navigating regional regulatory environments, cultural nuances, and operational complexities
- Manages cross-border client relationships and coordinates service delivery across time zones and jurisdictions
- Experience working with regulated Financial Institutions, Non Bank Financial Institutions or International payments
- Manages complex client portfolios, resolves escalations, and drives strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams—including product, implementation, onboarding, and operations—to deliver seamless client experiences.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00Benefits
