About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Talent & Performance processes.
- Configure Workday Talent and Performance modules including goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, feedback, and development planning.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Talent & Performance functionality – design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Develop and execute test cases for system validation and user acceptance.
- Support change requests, enhancement design, and periodic updates/releases of Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Optimize Workday Talent functionalities such as Feedback, Career Profiles, and Mentorship programs.
- Support reporting and analytics needs related to talent processes (via Workday Report Writer/Calculated Fields).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.
- Participate in Workday community forums and knowledge-sharing to stay updated with the latest capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and process alignment across modules.
Job Expectations:
- Hands-on experience in Workday Talent and Performance module.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM Core concepts and integrations with Talent processes.
- Proficiency in configuring Talent and Performance processes including templates, calibration, business process flows, and security.
- Experience in handling Workday releases, testing and tenant management.
- Ability to understand and work with Workday EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer.
- Good understanding of organizational talent strategies and how they translate into system configurations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
