About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant. It focuses on driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business performance across functions.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Perform assessments using data-driven approaches to solve complex business issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to implement solutions.
  • Review and enhance business processes, policies, and performance metrics.
  • Provide decision support through analysis and reporting.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices


Job Expectations:

1. Strategic Program Leadership

  • Lead and manage large-scale strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Act as Chief of Staff to senior HR leaders, supporting decision-making and execution.
  • Drive efficiency, governance, and capability growth across functions.

2. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and pipeline management of assigned operations.
  • Track and monitor recruitment adherence and compliance dashboards.
  • Review effectiveness of regional TA activities against targets and metrics.

3. Analytical & Advisory Support

  • Conduct research and analysis on business, operational, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership using HR data and dashboards.
  • Support risk mitigation, process efficiency, and customer experience improvements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR advisory teams and other business units to align strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.

5. Talent & Capability Development

  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in execution and governance.
  • Participate in hiring and interview processes, including skill-based assessments.
