About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic & self-starter Lead Product Manager for the Corporate Risk Product Management Group.


In this role, you will:

Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex, cross-functional products, and services. You will collaborate with senior leaders and delivery teams to shape and execute product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer value.

  • Lead end-to-end product management for a portfolio of technically complex and diverse products, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and customer needs.
  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, prioritize backlogs, and establish clear goals to guide cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, identifying synergies and opportunities across product lines to solve complex business challenges.
  • Champion change delivery across the portfolio, applying change management, and product management methodologies as well as agile practices to initiatives of moderate to high complexity.
  • Influence business planning, define business requirements, and guide product design and implementation for sophisticated business and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to resolve issues and achieve shared goals.
  • Partner with all members of the product team to ensure seamless execution, manage dependencies, and foster empowered, high-performing teams.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in risk-related functions within a financial institution.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive work forward independently and collaboratively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated experience applying agile, product, and modern engineering mindsets to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and risk domains.


Job Expectations:

  • Some travel may be expected (5 - 10%)
  • Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Should be able to work on-site at stated location on the job opening and meet the in-office presence expectations

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
