About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to join our Loyalty Program Strategy & Business Ownership team within Cards & Merchant Services. This leader will oversee the Loyalty Solutions Rewards space and will be responsible for defining and building out the product strategy for Rewards Redemption capabilities across Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Cards, Small Business Cards, and Cobranded Cards. In this role, you will:
Define and own the business strategy to establish a best-in-class rewards program over the next 1-3 years with specific focus on rewards redemption offerings
Manage and develop redemptions product team members to drive consistent delivery of thoughtful, structured strategic recommendations and intent
Establish and role-model use of structured frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Conduct market research, spend analysis, and feasibility assessments to effectively prioritize new opportunities
Gain executive sponsorship and widespread enterprise support for new initiatives and partnerships across key stakeholder teams
Implement and own organizational structure and routines around strategy and stakeholder management to ensure ongoing visibility to work
Partner with delivery teams to ensure both technical and nontechnical requirements are fully scoped upfront, and impediments to progress are addressed efficiently
Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy
Appropriately identify, monitor, and mitigate potential risks to initiative delivery and overall customer experience
Collaborate and consult with internal and external stakeholders regularly to drive engagement and alignment
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Deep experience and knowledge of card industry and loyalty offerings as well as key trends driving changes in the marketplace
Proven experience in P&L ownership and optimization, with a track record of driving financial performance through strategic product decisions
Deep understanding of loyalty programs, including redemption capabilities and the P&L implications of various program components
Experience engaging and driving business development activities to initiate and build executive support for strategic initiatives
Experience evaluating and shaping end-to-end customer journeys/CX
Familiarity and experience working with technical and agile delivery partners at scale
Experience in banking or financial services; prior employment experience with a credit card issuer is preferred
Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels with significant internal collaboration/stakeholder management
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
Demonstrated accountability and ownership in driving initiatives and delivering results
Demonstrates a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities and taking initiative beyond assigned responsibilities
Strong executive presence and interpersonal acumen to effectively navigate high-stakes negotiations and contractual discussions with tact and professionalism

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
