About this role:
This newly created role, reporting to the Head of Client Executive Engagement, will work closely with coverage bankers and relationship managers to develop high-impact client briefing materials for executives within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, as well as for the CEO of Wells Fargo. As an individual contributor, this position plays a critical role in providing a cohesive platform to manage client engagement interactions and opportunities. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based at 550 South Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC. The Wells Fargo job profile is Lead Business Execution Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Acts as a strategic partner to the executive team, focused on enhancing client relationships by working with coverage bankers and relationship managers to build comprehensive client briefing materials
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of various products and lines of business within the corporate and investment bank
Analyze client metrics (revenue, deals, and wallet share), to extract and summarize qualitative relationship summaries for executives
Generate, track & deliver client pipeline providing regular updates to key stakeholders
Work across the enterprise, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of client-related strategies
Facilitate collaboration between finance and business execution teams to drive accurate data outputs
Leveraged AI and automation to optimize processes, accelerate decision-making, and drive outcomes
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience developing client briefing materials for investment banking clients
Desired Qualifications:
Experience translating complex financials into compelling narratives
Experience with CRM tools and data platforms for wallet share and public company metrics
Experience working directly with front-line investment banking, markets and CRE teams
Experience driving multiple workstreams with clear deliverables and measurable results
Experience managing complex stakeholder dynamics at executive levels
Experience building collaborative relationships across large organizations
Experience presenting information that influences and persuades decision-makers
