About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant
In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
Experience in Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Advance Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in building and leading AI CoE and quantitative analytics teams
Mandatory to have Experience in CB and banking lob domain with understanding on finance metrics
Gen AI Tools, Python, API integration, Chatbots etc.
Hands on experience in building insights and agentic tools using Gen AI Models like Gemini, GPT etc.
Job Expectations:
Lead building AI COE through capability build and solution build focused on Finance
Build Quantitative Analytics solutions especially using AI for Finance COE , implement in production and improve AI adoption of Finance
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs

Identify, conceptualize and build AI related used cases for CB and Finance
Build Agentic end to end workflows
Build query able chatbots to enable Finance leadership ask questions and mine insights from financial data
Use LLMs to drive insights from text data to build implementable solutions on business improvement areas like sales, revenue etc
Present to senior leadership on AI use case progress and identify path for full scale roll out
