About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups

  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives

  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners

  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

  • Test Management:

  • Analyze business requirements/user stories

  • Define and identify Test Scenarios

  • Prepare Test Cases, participate in Internal review of test case & Requirement traceability

  • Defect management and tracking

  • Strict adherence to timelines and focus on deliverables

  • Agile:

    a. Work in Agile Team and participate in all the Scrum rituals- Daily Stand Up, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning & Retrospective.

    b. Be proactive and provide your insight into user story discussions, refinement calls.

    Test Execution & Reporting:

    • Executing tests in UAT environment to support User Acceptance Testing.

    • Engage & Collaborate with end users as part of End User Testing

    • Supporting Production Installs by performing the validations needed to ensure correctness of implemented changes in production.

    • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met including Company polices/guidelines.

    • Provide timely data for Release report, utilization etc.

    Test Automation:

    • Contribute in developing, maintaining and executing the automation scripts in Selenium (with Java) / Playwright (with Javascript) for the implemented changes.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Total 2-5 years of proven experience with Functional testing, System Testing and & Acceptance Testing (Alpha and beta Testing)
  • Total 1+ years of Agile and Scrum experience
  • Total 1+ years of Automation testing (Preferable) of web/windows based applications and backend systems.
  • Total 2-5 years of proven experience with Functional testing, System Testing and & Acceptance Testing (Alpha and beta Testing)
    Total 1+ years of Agile and Scrum experience
    Preferable: Total 1+ years of Automation testing of web/windows based applications and backend systems.
  • Knowledge on below are added advantage

    a. Project Management /Program management domain

    b. JIRA Tool

    c. Confluence


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work in second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM), weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Understanding of SDLC models- Waterfall & Agile and Testing Life Cycle.

  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum- Understand Scrum, Sprint lifecycle, Scrum artifacts, Scrum ceremonies

  • Experience on Test Management tool- ALM and other tools- JIRA, SQL Developer etc.

  • Hands on experience with test automation using Selenium.(BeginnerZ)

  • Have an understanding of Core Java & SQL.

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of user acceptance testing

  • Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in satisfying customer and enterprise need

  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
