In this role, you will:
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving
Receive, log, batch, and distributing work
File, photocopy, and review documents
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Document Capture, File Management policies and procedures
Review programs, processes, claims, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with government regulations, internal operations, policies, procedures
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Maintain quality and productivity standards of the department
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Identify and communicate risks and problem areas.
Perform reporting functions as required
Ability to communicate with other employees to solve problems
Ability to communicate with upper-level management
Job Expectations:
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift 20 to 40 lbs.
Onsite every day, Monday-Friday.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $20hr with FULL BENEFITS
