About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and collaborative Business Execution professional to join our Auto team. This role will support the development and delivery of strategic business initiatives across the Auto organization, requiring cross-functional alignment, managing complex initiatives, and supporting execution across multiple business groups. The successful candidate for this role brings a strong mix of strategy and operational execution experience. Additionally, a consulting mindset to constantly assess whether the team is pursuing the right solution, has the best available data, and is able to identify the best options to move forward.

In this role, you will:

  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions across multiple business groups to meet moderately to highly complex deliverables.
  • Engage functional leaders to secure resources, influence outcomes, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo’s policies and business line objectives.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change implementation and develop mitigation strategies and plans.
  • Recommend opportunities for process improvement within Business Execution.
  • Interpret procedures and processes to lead and execute programs, services, and initiatives of significant scope with complexity and risk.
  • Generate insights using key metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide analytics support, including industry research/benchmarking, performance tracking and operational dashboards.
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to support and drive strategic initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in auto lending or financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and change implementation.
  • Excellent communication and ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations through modeling various business outcomes under different assumptions
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
