Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and innovative leader to head our Mobile Product Management team in India. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our mobile platforms and driving AI-powered product innovation. The ideal candidate will combine deep product management expertise, mobile-first thinking, and AI/ML proficiency to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our customers.
As a Senior Manager to lead our Mobile Product portfolio across iOS and Android. You will set product strategy, lead and grow high‑performing product teams, and partner across Design, Engineering, Risk, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, accessible, and delightful mobile experiences at scale. This is a people‑leadership role accountable for outcomes, talent, and cross‑functional execution in alignment with our Product Management framework.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group.
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience.

Job Expectations:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Define and own the mobile product vision, multi‑year roadmap, and OKRs; align to business objectives and product line strategy.
- Prioritize customer‑centric, data‑informed bets that improve acquisition, engagement (MAU/DAU), retention, app ratings, and NPS while reducing friction and failure demand.
- Establish clear product success metrics (e.g., crash‑free sessions, load time, conversion, accessibility score, release cadence) and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion customer journeys and ensure mobile experiences are accessible; partner with Product Design to meet ADA/accessibility requirements across flows and UI.
- Use qualitative (research, usability) and quantitative (analytics, experiments) insights to inform decisions; institutionalize continuous discovery.
