About this role:

The Operations Manager, internally known in the organization as Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of Implementation Consultants to ensure a standardized and consistent approach to Treasury Management Client Delivery. This role focuses on maintaining foundational Treasury Management products and overseeing the assigned implementation process. The Operations Manager ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to established processes for Treasury Management solutions.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives who provide low to moderately complex customer support, and engage key stakeholders and business partners associated with customer service
  • Identify and recommend products for customer service and productivity standards and goals, growth opportunities, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding escalated customer inquiries to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop standards and goals for customer service
  • Collaborate and consult with more experienced management, internal partners, relationship managers, and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for customer service
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of operations experience and 2+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience with technology platforms, process automation, and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and building collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on client experience.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and regulatory compliance.

Job Expectations:

  • Amenable to work on US or night shift, Mon - Fri, weekend off
  • Amenable to work onsite or in hybrid work set-up, 4x1
  • Work Location: Five/NEO, BGC, Taguig City
