In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service.
Manage core HR processes, including job changes, onboarding, terminations, leave administration, data requests, and document management.
Track and maintain compliance for probations, fixed-term contracts, visas, and flexible work agreements.
Resolve escalated issues through system expertise and collaboration with internal teams.
Partner with Global Mobility on expatriate relocations and system updates.
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments and adjustments.
Drive process improvements and implement changes to enhance employee experience.
Review and update procedures; support HR projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow.
Experience in HR operations within a complex, fast-paced organization.
Knowledge of records management and retention.
Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of employment law across EMEA.
Financial services experience preferred.
Experience working with outsourced teams.
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving.
Risk and controls mindset; proactive and adaptable attitude.
