About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Correspondent Banking Sales Support Specialist to join the Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions, supporting the Europe and Middle East, Turkey & Africa Banks portfolios.
This position in Dubai, will offer an opportunity to grow your sales and analytical skills, while helping support an active portfolio of correspondent banking clients. The role will suit someone who brings strong client centricity, knowledge of the sales process, strong organizational and process skills, and the confidence to work with pace and precision in a developing environment. Fluency in English, German, and Arabic is highly regarded, given the team’s engagement with clients across the regions.
In this role, you will:
- Support Treasury Management consultants by gathering and summarising client and prospect information with a strong focus on correspondent banking/ cross-border payments.
- Oversee client onboarding and implementation from a customer/ sales support perspective.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis for operational assignments, evaluating and recommending practical solutions.
- Present recommendations to resolve complex situations, exercising sound judgement and a strong understanding of policies, controls, and compliance.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure seamless delivery across functions
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in correspondent banking, payments & liquidity, treasury sales support, customer services with banking/ financial institutions clients
- Experience supporting large, complex clients
- Ability to develop strong partnerships
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and independent learner
- Fluent Arabic and/or European languages preferable
- Strong business-to-business sales acumen
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
