About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate Manager for CIB Markets Business Execution services team in Hyderabad


In this role, you will:

  • Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance for the business
  • Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations that are routine and arise within the operations of the work group
  • Identify Business Execution opportunities and provide guidance on strategies, operations, and financial management for the purpose of process improvement
  • Mitigate risk development within the operations of work groups and functional areas
  • Make day to day supervisory decisions and, under the direction of management, resolve issues for procedure administration and adherence, systems or change initiatives, business continuity planning, reporting and research, project funding, quality management, communications, financial control, and internal processing of colleagues
  • Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements for the business group
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate Business Execution colleagues and management while recommending strategies to implement changes and improvements
  • Interact directly with external parties to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for smooth functioning of business operations
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects with accountability for outcomes.

  • Experience: 6+ years in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Data Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and sales/trader support functions across multiple asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Commodities, FX).

  • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; ability to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Advanced skills in QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

    • Strong report creation capabilities, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

    • Working knowledge of SharePoint (page creation, MS Lists) and Microsoft Suite.

  • Data Expertise:

    • Extensive experience in data analysis, review, mapping, and transforming data for governance routines and reporting.

    • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Strong Alteryx and data visualization experience; ability to tell a compelling story with data.

    • Robust understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality principles.

  • Risk & Compliance: Familiarity with Information Security risks, best practices, and regulatory expectations in banking and financial institutions.

  • Leadership Attributes:

    • Ability to take initiative and work independently while guiding teams in a structured environment.

    • Skilled in engaging global teams and driving seamless execution of global processes.

    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

    • Ability to present and discuss information persuasively and educate stakeholders effectively.

Job Expectations:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with CIB Markets business managers to interpret regulatory requirements and provide operational support.

  • Regulatory Oversight:

    • Lead and review regulatory transactional testing across multiple Front Office COO Lines of Business and Desks (Equity, Fixed Income, Commodities, FX).

    • Ensure compliance through robust workflows and standardized procedures.

  • Process Governance:

    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and checklists for regulatory workflows.

    • Drive efficiency and innovation in day-to-day activities to deliver enhanced value to Markets COO business.

  • Data Management:

    • Oversee data reconciliation across trade booking systems; resolve breaks by coordinating with trading desks and business managers.

    • Ensure data integrity and governance through rigorous quality checks.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality presentations and dashboards for monthly senior leadership reviews, highlighting key insights and trends.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

    • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
