About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Shared Services Operations Business Enablement team.
This role will help Shared Services Operations business management drive execution and build routines in partnership with Shared Services groups, create greater horizontal connectivity across business functions, produce clear reporting feedback with leadership to drive action in alignment with target state opportunities; and support as needed Shared Services Operations business strategy and initiatives execution led by Business Manager. Responsibilities will require partnering with executive management across Shared Services Operations.
In this role you will:
Drive the delivery of Shared Services Operations strategic initiatives in partnership with various Sr business leaders and stakeholders.
Coordinate with various stakeholders and key business partners to coordinate planning, execution, and delivery routines efficiently, timely and with quality outcomes.
Implement monitoring and communication routines to deliver strategic commitments on time, define/promote best practices within Shared Services Operations, and quickly identify potential risks early and support solutioning.
Identify and prioritize areas requiring attention or enhancement within strategic initiatives and rationalize opportunities for increased efficiency.
Perform connectivity exercises, strategic reviews, and post-mortem insight analysis, as required.
Develop deliverables to develop target state roadmaps outlining clear implementation steps to transition from current state to future state/identify dependencies and stakeholder roles/establish timelines.
Collaborate internally with business partners.
Support the development and creation of executive level presentations and executive summaries. Effectively deliver key messages to business and operations senior leadership.
Support with ongoing business routines including strategic planning and other items as assigned by the business manager. Drive consistency and quality of execution eliminating opportunities for repeat problems.
Participate and on occasion lead planned and ad-hoc strategic analyses as assigned by the Business Manager.
Lead through influence, often without direct authority, persuading through use of data and facts.
Adjust and adapt to the rolling, day-to-day changes that transpire in the running of Programs/initiatives/business routines.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives, including people, process, and technology optimization.
Strong expertise in strategic execution disciplines, including strategy development, consulting, and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple business groups, ensuring timely delivery of stated outcomes, key dependencies, and strategic benefits.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate appropriately to senior leadership.
Advanced stakeholder management skills, providing dedicated support to business leaders and fostering collaboration across internal and external teams.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, leveraging analytical tools to identify efficiency opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and driving alignment at all organizational levels.
Experience in target operating model design and implementation within Shared Services or similar environments is highly preferred.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
