Within Consumer Lending, the Personal Loans and Line team leads Personal Loans, Lines, and Flex Loans, with a focus on product innovation, pricing, and portfolio performance. This Senior Lead Product Manager role will drive industry analysis and market growth strategy for Personal Lending. The position blends competitive intelligence, market sensing, and data driven insights to support strategic decisions and influence change across a matrixed environment.

In this role, you will:
Lead market, competitor, and growth analysis initiatives for Personal Loans and Flex products to understand competitive standing and impact on market share and capture rate trends
Develop and mature our competitive analysis practice, defining the competitor landscape, identifying new vendors or data sources, leveraging industry practices and forums for insights
Serve as a thought leader on industry trends, emerging issues, and new opportunities impacting the lending portfolio, proactively sharing insights to inform strategy
Partner closely with Finance, Credit Risk, Marketing, Analytics, and other internal groups to monitor and manage portfolio performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive innovation
Conduct ongoing segmentation of market and of personal loans funnel to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
Leverage data to influence key stakeholders across the organization on growth forecasting and to drive growth initiatives without direct reporting lines
Collaborate with others within the Consumer Lending organization to identify and capitalize on cross-product synergies
Required Qualifications, US:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in P&L management, pricing, product management, credit risk, or finance in financial services
In-depth experience in lending product management with P&L responsibilities, preferably within consumer lending personal loans
Knowledge and understanding of lending strategies and methodologies, and key performance drivers
Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills to help maximize performance metrics linked to lending P&L
Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, benchmarking, and synthesizing industry insights to inform product strategy
Strong analytical skills, including segmenting performance, conducting funnel analytics, and deriving insights from large datasets
Demonstrated ability to use data, competitive insights, and cost‑benefit analysis to drive decisions in cross‑functional, matrixed environments
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable, insight‑driven recommendations
Experience building strong relationships, influencing without authority, and collaborating effectively across multiple lines of business in complex, matrixed environments
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to build executive‑ready presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, compelling insights
Consulting experience (internal or external) strongly preferred
Results‑driven, highly organized and adaptable, skilled at prioritizing and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic settings
Master’s Degree, MBA or higher preferred
