Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to help drive the execution of AI‑enabled solutions within Global Payments and Liquidity. This role is well suited for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives and thrives in fast‑moving environments. This role partners closely with product, technology, operations, and data teams to translate AI use cases into well‑executed solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The consultant will gain hands‑on exposure to product discovery, user workflows, prioritization, solution design, and AI‑driven experimentation—while operating within strong governance and execution standards. This position provides direct experience across the product lifecycle and close partnership with established product leaders.
What You’ll Do:
Support product‑aligned execution of AI initiatives, from early discovery and use‑case definition through prototyping, testing, and delivery readiness.
Develop a deep understanding of customer and internal user workflows to help identify high‑value AI opportunities and improvement areas.
Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operations stakeholders to support solution design, prioritization, and execution planning.
Conduct research and analysis to validate product assumptions, user needs, and AI performance metrics.
Track outcomes, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure AI solutions are implemented on time and aligned to product objectives.
Prepare product and execution artifacts (requirements, workflows, documentation, leadership updates) to support governance and decision‑making.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience in operations or product support or related role supporting digital solutions
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with AI tools, emerging technologies, or digital workflows.
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or project coordination.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple product‑related workstreams simultaneously.
Effective communicator with experience working in cross‑functional product and technology teams.
Comfort working in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities.

Job Expectations:
This role will be required to sit out of Charlotte, NC (Uptown location). No other locations will be considered. Candidates outside of a reasonable commuting distance will need to consider relocation.
