About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Mortgage Business Support and Program Management Lead internally known as Lead Business Execution Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, and/or Program Management experience, or equivalent qualifications


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior experience with cross-functional and global stakeholder management

  • 3+ years of prior exposure to Home Lending or equivalent lines of business is preferred


Job Expectations:

  • Drive the growth strategy for Home Lending Operations in the Philippines by assisting the business in developing and executing comprehensive roadmaps, strategic plans, operating models, and aligning objectives and key results (OKRs) with key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure platform readiness for growth initiatives, including coordination with Line of Business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction & Marketing, Learning & Development, Corporate Properties Group (CPG), Technology, and U.S.-based support teams.

  • Oversee and govern Global Delivery Activities (GDAs), monitor milestones, and maintain alignment with global partners such as the Global Delivery Enablement (GDE), Global Solutions Program Office (GSPO), Legal, Risk & Control, and Compliance. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all GDAs within Home Lending Operations.

  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting in close partnership with the Business Analytics team, including management dashboards, scorecards, and concise executive summaries to support informed decision-making.

  • Manage program budgets strategically, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures and optimization strategies to ensure financial efficiency.
