About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Military Talent Strategic Sourcing (MTSS) team focused on the design, execution and support of Wells Fargo’s Corporate Fellowship Program in partnership with US Chamber of Commerce Foundation. This role will be responsible for the execution of program responsibilities which consists of attraction, engagement, placement and retention of military talent at Wells Fargo. This individual will collaborate with Business Execution Consultants, Associates, Administrators, Sourcing Specialists, and other key stakeholders in the execution of this and other Wells Fargo military talent programs while bringing a passion for military community talent to work every day.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the execution of program responsibilities which consists of attraction, engagement, placement and retention of military talent at Wells Fargo.
  • Management of 3rd party vendors, in compliance with Wells Fargo policy.
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
  • Effectively communicate and influence through verbal and written communication with HR Partners, hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, team members, and the Veteran Employee Resource Network leadership.
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
  • Support leadership in the management, tracking, data analysis and reporting of metrics.
  • Partner with leadership on process improvement solutions and recommendations.
  • Create and deliver presentations and implement project communication plans.
  • Participate in strategic team meetings.
  • Maintain discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive material.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a Corporate Fellowship Program in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes Initiative.
  • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders from different business divisions continually to enhance the program learning experience and placement of fellows.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching transitioning military service members seeking corporate careers at all levels.
  • Management of 3rd party vendors, in compliance with Wells Fargo policy.
  • Corporate Learning & Development experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience moderating discussions and facilitating small groups in creating, discovering, and applying learning insights.
  • 4+ years’ experience delivering content to an audience of senior military and corporate leaders.
  • Experience using technology to track, measure, collate, and analyze recruiting program performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both virtual and in‑person environments seamlessly with geographically dispersed individuals across multiple time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and achieve goals in a complex environment.
  • Superior project management skills include the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience supporting military talent sourcing programs or initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
